WHO WAS WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE?

The book ‘who was William Shakespeare?’ was written by celeste Davidson mannis, and illustrated by john O’Brien.

This book is about William Shakespeare a play writer, who lived four hundred and fifty years ago, he almost written more than 35 plays and hundred and fifty poems

Hundreds of word and phrases we use every day are invented by him – words like ‘cold-blooded’, ‘quarrelsome’ and rascally.

His ideas, language and stories are all around us.

Hundreds of phrases and words ‘Coined’ by William Shakespeare are still used today. Here are just a few

I could know so many new words that I would use in my daily life and so

And even his life history was a mystery which was not so correct; so many rumors were spread about him like his ran out of the city because he couldn’t have money

And another rumor is that the he was kicked out of the city

William Shakespeare was born to Mary Shakespeare, John Shakespeare on April 1564 (his date was not found) At Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom

William has 7 siblings – Joan Shakespeare, Edmund Shakespeare, Gilbert Shakespeare, Margaret Shakespeare, Anne Shakespeare, and Richard Shakespeare.

Wife- Anne Hathaway (m. 1582–1616)

His children – Hamnet Shakespeare, Susanna Hall, Judith Quiney

Died – 23 April 1616 at Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom

Some of his famous plays- Romeo and Juliet, hamlet, Macbeth.
